The opportunity

A closer look

If you enjoy making complex technology understandable - and want greater ownership of client relationships without stepping away from writing and media relations - this opportunity offers both. You’ll work with ambitious B2B technology businesses, developing your judgement, contributing campaign ideas and seeing programmes through from planning to results.

The agency combines PR, thought leadership, content, social and growth marketing for clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to global enterprises. Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll also help shape how the agency uses AI to improve research, thinking and delivery, with accuracy and quality central to the work.

Account Manager / Senior Account Manager — B2B Technology Communications

London hybrid | Minimum one office day per week

You’ll manage day-to-day communications programmes, build trusted client relationships and keep activity aligned with agreed objectives, timelines and scopes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing story angles, pitching journalists and securing relevant coverage.
  • Writing and editing thought-leadership articles, press materials, briefing documents and social content.
  • Coordinating account workloads, briefing junior colleagues and reviewing their work.
  • Tracking campaign performance, recommending improvements and contributing to new-business proposals.

You’ll bring communications agency experience with B2B technology clients, strong writing and media-relations skills, and confidence managing clients and competing deadlines. Curiosity about deep tech and AI matters, alongside sound judgement about when to seek senior input. Experience beyond traditional PR is useful, but not essential.

At **Account Manager** level, you’ll own agreed activity and coordinate delivery. At **Senior Account Manager** level, you’ll demonstrate greater independence running programmes, presenting recommendations, guiding junior colleagues and helping plan resources, with senior support on strategy and commercial decisions.
